We choose our own paths through this world
Each word, each thought, each deed
We choose the paths that shape our lives
And follow where they lead

Some choose the path of righteousness
And some heed money's call
And some of us end up on paths
That lead nowhere at all

Some are steered by chance to rich rewards
While others go astray
And some will fall between the cracks
And that is where they'll stay

Im not just sure where I fit in
In all these crazy schemes
I only know I've followed blind
Some wild and crazy dreams

So please don't judge too harshly
Or build me up when I am gone
