As I sit here staid and comfortable On the threshold of old age I'm happy and content To watch the ones still on the stage As I sit here-an observer All surrounded by the truth I'm quite content to leave the world To up and coming youth I've run my course-I've done my thing My banner is unfurled And I sit here staid and comfortable An observer on the world!
Just more oblique reflections from the fractured mirror of my mind.
