Fall into me
descend into my aching heart
like forgotten, ancient stars
taste salt of wanton tears
drip slow across my waiting tongue
cosmic wine a Chardonnay of liquid fears
pupils a fiery blaze like distant Mars
sip nectar of lost longings
ripe passion denied all these years
cruelly sublime
burst upon my virgin senses
hunger beyond sorrow's weeping thirst,
embrace of flesh left in melancholy winces
ravenous loneliness released from steel bind,
greedily Souls devour lust, intertwine
ever delicate, ethereal-sweet,
cries of ecstasy in velvet tumble, harmonize
time itself oblivious, indiscreet;
distance inevitable beyond caustic eons
will our grasp ever be satiated, complete?
