I'm writing this to show, despite everything, that you get stronger the more you endure.
This was to be a poem--couldn't do it!
I grewup being sexually, physically and emotionally ----------------Abused----------------
I was hit by a drunk driver and a driver who drank
earlier that day
One driver came across the front of my car
The other driver(drunk) hit me head on
Took me eight months to recover
I was thirty-four
I remember wanting to be liked
I became a people pleaser
Today I do not people please
Either you like me or you do not
I know how to say NO and when
to say YES I listened to my inner voice when I was eighteen
I was walking to work when this car stopped
Guy behind the wheel asked if I wanted a ride
I said no, it was to nice to walk-----I saw him
a week later, same car same guy. I PUT 2 and 2
together, figuring he was looking for me, it was
even the exact place, to weird. I again said NO.
i consider that one of my nine lives, my others
almost getting hit by a bus on foot, a caste iron
skillet, almost being hit, having a piece of licerice
caught in my throat, being sexually abused at
age eight but nothing more.
I survived all this, I'm a fighter, a surviver. But
most importantly---I'm STRONGER!!!
Great poem.Your strength and character shines through in this poem and what you had to deal with in your life.Like the old saying goes, what doesnt kill you make you stronger.take care
I couldn't agree more...I have seen and suffered a lot in my life as well and I do believer even the devastating trials I went through this year will make me stronger.

Major League ballplayer Justin Moore is kidnapped from his own ballpark and transported to a foreign land. It might take high-level international negotiations to free him. Or maybe he will take matters into his own hands.
