Too little respect is given the living essence of Nature’s many impressions. (Image by Pinterest)

Poem Artwork

Sunlight

Arguably,

Your work is odd

Given you are so many places

At the same time.

Such a galactic traveler, you.

I observed you this morning, though,

As dawn broke getting on your knees,

Helping my sneakers find their way

Onto my still tired feet.

Didn’t know you were being watched

Did ya?

A very hard worker, old sol. Making everything run on this earth without ever sending a sunlight bill. Your sneakers will thank him for showing you in the light.

A nice change from your usual fare and much enjoyed. Sunlight is much preferred over forest fire light, isn't it?

Love it. Playing with the playful sun. It doesn't get better.
