The Pledge

I thee, maid of the Northern Province,
Take thee with me through the portals of time.
Into infinity whist you will always be mine.
We shall travel the roads of life with love,
And wisdom as our guide.
Together we shall share the joys and hardships,
That this life challenges us with,
Never forgetting we are as one.
 Our inner most thoughts,
Will meld together and make us one.
Thou shall be loved and feel love,
From the first day that ye shall see my love,
 Shining in my eyes.
For thou art my Prince, my love,
From this day forward.
We shall dance upon the sand,
Sing with the winds,
Laugh with the gentle waves,
Sigh with the glory of our hearts,
Joined as one, forevermore.
Our hearts and souls shall be purified,
By our lord as He blesses our love.
My heart shall always be your heart.
My soul shall always be one with your soul.
My love for you shall never die,
For thou art my breath of life.
My existence depends on your will,
Your deep love and caring.
Even if I should be taken before you,
I will await your return with open arms.
For this love is eternal,
Now and forever more.
I shall pledge thee my undying love,
With my whole heart, soul, and mind.
