For I can grow or stagnate and die

In my journey to merge with the sky

My life�s never been boring

I�ve known love and adoring

I�ve known hatred, fear and shame

Through the good and the bad, the happy and sad

I�ve known pride and I�ve taken the blame

Your words ring truer than true. When we stand before our final judegement, there will be no other there to stand with us, beside us, or for us, we will ultimately stand alone before our God, and it will be there, where we are faced with how we chose to live our lives.
