Soul’s Song

There is a very special place for us
Though our time seems long ago
A place where our souls soar as one
Where our heartbeats still echo

A place where our scent, marks the air
And time and tide stand still
Where sun and raindrops meet as one
And rainbows dance at will

A place where brooks babble on
And waterfalls mist the breeze
Beneath the fiery orange glow
Of sunlight through the trees

It’s the world where our soul resides
The place where we remain as one
The home where we go back to meet
When our life on earth is done

A special place for you and I
Where our life is perfect bliss
Where butterflies emerge in flight
With our each and every kiss

One day we’ll meet again, my love
Beneath the rainbow tree
Hand in hand we’ll walk our path
As once again, our soul soars free
