That Saddam should go is a good thing, but I think it will be a long time before the soldiers will come home. Still there's much sense in what you say.

saw an iraqi man hug an american soldier on the news this morning, thanked him for coming to try to liberate the people in iraq who have suffered way too long under the tyranny of saddam's terror and fear and oppression. that is why we are there. and we are trying to rid the world of an evil dictator who is a threat. at first, i was against the war, but now that i know the reasoning behind it, i am for it; and i pray that saddam is overthrown. i am sorry for the loss of life, but that is the price of war, unfortunately. may god be with those who have already lost loved ones, both on the special forces and american side, and on the iraqi people's side! :( good write! (((HUGS))) :( god bless our world! may peace become reality! :(

Sherry thank you for this...I just saw some women on tv in Iraq..with veils on thier heads...saying they are waiting for liberation..please they said...come and help us...tyranny has ruled there..and now thanks to our great country..we will put an end to it..this was wonderful...floria
