Carolyn, Moon Dance is an insightful, inspirational and delightful piece of poetry. The imagery you created conjures up within me thoughts and feelings that are in sync with both the ancient character and youthfulness of the moon. Ageless, yet eternal; young enough for us to call it the new moon and mature enough for us to call it the full month all in the same month and every month. Being cognizant of the Moon Dance will help us to embrace the eternal now and our own youthfulness as we join in and with the Moon Dance. Indeed, this the only dance there is.

Wonderfully said, especially since the moon was full last night. As I read this, I could see last night all over again as the moon played hide and seek in the clouds cover.

No doubt, "moon goddess diana" has a powerful pull on the natural balance of the "earth mother" where we attempt to balance ourselves.
