Well articulated and verbalised - could really sense the smothering in this write - both physical and spiritual. TY Kate xx

A sadly lyrical, exceptionally word-related composition, Carolyn. Love the visuals and how the harsh 'k' and intermediate 'g' sounds which call attention to a world-wide 'atmosphere', are smothered in the 'eses' sinuous absorbtion of disgust with a world totally out of control.

This reminds me of my next door neighbor that constantly puffed on a cigarette and the smoke was so thick that it set off his smoke detector.

This one touches my soul very powerfully, and very sadly, Carolyn.

In the Whirlwind by Tichaona Chinyelu

In the Whirlwind is a poetic storm that frees history from the cages of corruption and puts it in the hands of everyday people. Words are weaved into a new fashion statement that has nothing to do with runways but everything to do with projects!
