Ah, Prana, yes, the life force of sustenance and basic well being. Carolyn Myss does an amazing meditation about connecting with the power of the Earth and finding your primal pagan point. (Your Primal Nature, Carolyn Myss 2003) You should check this out, it's very inspiring and very pagan.
