Yes, I think we all need to put ourselves into the teeth of that scouring wind that our thoughts and truths might be so cleansed, Carolyn; like purification of silver or precious metals. The dross needs to go so that we can see a true reflection. xx

This suggestion of cleansing the spirit
is the most elegant sermon in a long while; had those of my earlier days been as brief and worthwhile i might have paid attention.
A lesson in how not to preach but touch where it matters most at the same time.
