This is a poem that reflects on the invitation of Jesus.
Come to the one who wants to hold you Come to the one who knows you and sees you as holy Come to the one who has eternal life Who will never leave, even after ydeath Come to the good news Even when times are hard - come When you don't feel very "holy" - come You are his delight You are his joy Come as you are You don't need just the right words or to be feeling a certain way Just tell Jesus what is in your heart Or you can just BE with him He is waiting just for you!

While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. I think that I was only able to grasp this in its entirety when I saw the challenge to accept others the way they were and practiced it often.

You know something Cindy,my eyes are like the Energizer Bunny because I just keep going to your poetry :-).I can read a million poems from you every day,I would always feel better and spiritually connected with the message you expressed in your works from God.take care of yourself.From the bottom of my heart,I am glad that you are a part of the Den just like anybody else
