Castor Oil

The bitterness of betrayal tastes like no other

Revealed, it stops one's heart,

blood rushes to the brain.

Like castor oil, swallowed,

it goes down nasty,

making the Betray-ee heave up 

supressed desires

to spill "blood and guts revenge"

of life's Betray-er.

She did everything right, gave her all!

With time, as the enemy, she stands alone

in a puddle of castor oil -- drowning,

drowning in

the depths of soul-wretching emptiness

as her spirit flys away to coagulate with

slimy madness perpetuated by

binding "shoulda-coulda-wouldas"

as she resuscitates a dying heart.

"Live!" "Live, it cries!"

"Fight! Press on Sista-Girl! Fight!"

                  and somehow,

                       she does!
