Our eyes are tired, 
Our food gets cold,
As we all watch
The worriers bold
Strive for medals.
Bronze through gold

They're only games
I'm often told
But still it seems
That young or old
Olympic Games
Still have a hold
On spectators
Both young and old

Go team, go.

i love to watch the olympics. especially when the athletes have arrived there because of a dream and much hard work, not using performance enhancing drugs. those "athletes" that resort to that are disgusting.

I have been watching the olympics off and on this week, the U.S. is not performing like they should! Great poem though, enjoyed it.
