If you're looking for a perfect friend

Who has a perfect heart,

A friend to love you good or bad,

Love you dumb or smart.

Then you need to look beyond this life,

To where it all began

And trust the one who made it all,

So you can understand;

The heart is not an open door,

Where Perfect just walks in,

Faith has got to open it

And empty out the sin.

Then as perfection rules and reigns

You share it everyday

The Perfect Friend is Jesus Christ

The truth, the life, the way.
