The Minutes Are Free!

Last night as I sat all alone,
depression hit my soul.
A pity party just for me,
with tears out of control

Then I heard a still small voice,
that said, “it’s time to pray,
so rise up from your pity pot
and wipe those tears away.”

“Pray for saints around the world,
from China to Brazil,
from Kosovo to Tokyo,
according to My Will!”

So as I prayed God’s Will be done,
depression went away
and if it ever does return,
I won’t forget to pray.


Pray without ceasing, Jesus did and even taught us how!
