THANK YOU JESUS

When I woke up this morning, the sun was shining bright

I looked around and I wondered, how I made it through the night

There wasn’t nothing I could touch, or nothing I could see

But deep within my heart I felt, God was watchin’ me

Thank You Jesus, for the love you gave

That day upon the cross

Thank You Jesus, for the blood you shed

So my soul won't be lost

Thank You Jesus, for forgiveness

And hope when I can't see

Thank You Jesus, now I know

God is watchin' me

Now everyday when I awake, before I face the day

I take the time to give Him thanks, by takin' time to pray

For I could not survive it all, without security

So I go on with confidence, cause God is watchin' me

Thank You Jesus, for the love you gave
