Harrell With the first petal He loves me Second one He loves me not Third one He loves me Fourth one He loves me not One by one, I pluck away the slender, fingerlike petals From the sunshine yellow sphere of the flower's center Relying on a simple daisy to solve the complex puzzle of his love With each delicate petal Waiting to know if He loves me or loves me not With each delicate petal Wanting to know if He loves me or loves me not With each delicate petal Wishing to know if He loves me or loves me not With each delicate frcr Wondering if He loves me or loves me not Finally, one tiny petal remains The sunshine sphere almost naked But in the flower's depleted glory It ultimately reveals He loves me!
