i don't know you
or
do
i...?

why am i
afraid
of
what i see
laid
before
me?

i
am afraid
of
all
men-
kind
(no..that is not a
typo
it's a
fool's
foolish
for-biddance)

i
am
in need
just like you
and
you
and
you
and...?

it
is hard
to know
who
to
hold
who
to
allow
inside

swallowed pride
or these words
never
would
have
arrived
no
no
no

please, will someone show the way to
show one how to play, too.... ?

i can
'say' to
all who
try to...
hey,
you
are
special
you
who
are
not afraid
to
say

all that you do...

this one...a poet I have been reading, agape!...well, i thank the poet as i hadn't written anything 'new' in awhile...it may not be the best work, but it's truth...so, my thanks i share, here...

Micha,
Alas pride...how many a heart has she slain? That would not attempt honesty undressed. I leave you now with my favorite quote, yes mine....." If you show them your heart, all men of value shall embrace it" oh...by the way, all words penned of honest heart, ride high in the sadlle of noble and beauty alike, for nothing can compare to honesty spoken and a heat unveiled!

it is a great write and a joy to read....listen and read hear alot in your/our boat someone should start a support group.........great write!!!

HI Micha... Is an interesting write here.. One I can surely understand. Taking that first step in learning to trust again.. To let some of those self made walls down.. is scarier than hell! But to not let them down, to not take the chance on people... would be such a sad existence.
