I laid my eyes on beauty this evening

And I did find it most intriguing

That my intuition led me to this place

Of a love no man can erase

A powerful energy resonating from her

A distant glow that chaos can’t stir

She sits alone by the water fountain

Her thoughts are not disturbed; not crying

Her face revealed the hidden smile

That was destined every once and a while

She glides her hands in circular motions

On her abdomen like she was mixing potions

My eyes heighten as her body quivers

In preparation for a miracle to be delivered

Her smile widens to an echoing laughter

For the extension of her presence here on after

It took me a moment; this picture perfect scene

To envision what this ritual means

Anticipation of new life soon to emerge

The essence of water and earth is stirred
