That's really great! I like the way the priorities are set in this piece especially message about parental love and being totally devoted to ones children. I like that part about doing the child's hair before hers. That takes me back in the days to when grandma's wouldn't eat before the children ate and they got up early in the morning just to make sure the whole family ate good. Very well written and keep the thoughts and streams flowing!
Using Calgary as a backdrop the author satirizes the self-serving nature of the public as it continues to fatten itself, not only physically, but egotistically as well.
