When we are under trial, our need can be deceived.

Poem Artwork

The eyes tell it all

so they say

yet the eye of a storm

gives little away.

Within it is calm

even the Sun

does shine,

an aircraft dips in

looks around then

then flys

far out of the way.

Do not be deceived

by eyes

that in truth

tell lies within,

for the black maybe white

the white maybe black

the truth a lie

be careful of that.

Gods word says

that there is one

who is sticking closer

than a brother,

yet you would think

the closest should be

your brother

no other,

so be wise towards eyes

in your time of need

do not allow yourself

not to take heed,

read all the signs

not all that is heard

remember

actions speak louder than words.

The eye of the deceiver. An interesting poem comparing a hurricane to the damage that a quiet eye can inflict.

A fine poem about what the lies say and don't say. Excellent. John

Within a person's eyes lies the truth and some. Never trust a person who won't look into yours.

Karma Bank to Following By Listening by Chiemi

These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
