I hate to use

words that made me cringe

long ago

when I was just a kid,

but it is true

'In my day'

when it was winter

it was different

now I am confused.

You see the Oaks

are still holding

onto leaves

Butterflies in November

aw! come on please,

even a big fat Bee

hovered around me

confused as I

It is mild

though sometimes it bites

I mean it's odd

no gloves no scarf

even saw a Rainbow

in the sky,

creatures that used to hibernate

still running around

even a some nesting Parakeets

that are not indiginous

of suburban London's land.

Even the weatherman

looks confused

next week rising to

14c.

I guess I should not be surprised

this Earth is changing

fast before our eyes,

just wonder when

it will reach that point

when chaos breaks forth

as it surely will.

So sad to see

what mankind has done

ruined this planet

a jewel that basks in the Sun,

filled the seas

with plastic and filth

then destroy each other

with atomic waste.

I want to mention

Gods point of view

but shall decline
