The Greatest Gift

The greatest gift the world has ever known

is the gift of God’s dear son

whom he sent down from heaven to earth

and the work of His great salvation was done

God loved us poor undeserving sinners so much

that his only son Jesus he gave

So that whoever repents and believes on his name

he promised he would save

This wonderful gift of salvation

is available to one and all

To receive it just trust Jesus as your savior

and for mercy on his name call

This gift is the only way to have eternal life

and not perish forever in hell someday

to be born again by putting your faith in Jesus

for on the cross your sins he did pay

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
