As followers of Christ, in one way or another, we will be challenged. And sometimes, depending on what’s going on…the enemy of the world will have us questioning ourselves. However, remember God's Word says; "...RESIST!!!!..." So, Let’s Press-on

Wading through challenging reflections… I recalled…it came on a morning early, new ‘Inner turmoil’ entered…with confronting question… ‘Who be you…?!?!’ Mocking taunt chased…to ‘uneasy’ street With a wrenching distressful leer Yet, ‘miraculous’ occurred when, without retreat… An answer of unswerving truth…teased my ear Albeit, as ‘putrid presence’ pursued with boast… I was pulled into alcove of…perfect wonder And, just as it attempted a victory toast The ‘stalking forlorn’ was…shredded asunder You, O God, dissipated my angst’s worry… With whispers of direly needed, quiet faith There, in onslaught of ‘persevering’ flurry I gratefully embraced; I am…Salvation’s Leif LUKE 9:23, JOHN 16:33, 1 CORN 10:13, JAM 4:7 ©jmsbell-4/5/26

I always thought the Leif was a Scandinavian name. But perhaps it's in the Bible. I haven't read the Bible enough to know whether it is or not.

But it seems to me that you struggle that you use god to soothe your mind, might just go away if you didn't have the counter ideology you put up against what is primarily mental in the first place.
