Love is the greatest power in the universe.
Love is the only absolute and when well-served.
it is always good and right in every situation.

Inherent in every human being is the love capacity
or potential. Love is developed through
learning from interacting with people who love,
i.e., people who are compassionate and caring.
Also from doing good and revelation.

Love can overcome and conquer what nothing else
can and direct a person to do what nothing
else can; not money, not power, not coercion.
Love will not just live but die for love's sake.
History is replete with evidences of love
defeating armies and kingdoms. Love challenges
the mightierest and offers compassionate help
for the weak.

Love comes in degrees and can be measured.
especially when viewed in the frame of altruism
which may descriptively be defined as putting
the other person's good  ahead of one's own
good or on even par with  one's  own  good.
Because love can be measured a person can
be aware of his increase or lack of increase in
love while advancing in years chronologically.
This is a way of saying a person can know if he
is growing in love, that is, moving toward  his
maturing love potential.

The opposite of love is not hate. The opposite
of love is apathy. However, hate is a formidable
foe of love. But just as light causes darkness to
disappear, love causes hate to lose its power in
the situation specific.

How to turn up your love. This can be done by
being authentic and thankful, doing good and
deliberately and often  committing  acts  of
kindness. The latter is a way to cultivate love.
To reiterate, love is what love does. Love does
the lovely thing. When in doubt do the lovely
thing.
