I'll have to echo what a famous person once said or wrote. "I never met a stranger along the way." For me when I was traveling alone and needed help, someone was always there, a kind stranger, to give me a hand. Except for my new neighbors across the street, I never reconnected with any of those instant friends again. But I think they would remember me if we crossed paths again.
