Putting it all in one philosophical basket, but who am I?

Poem Artwork

God self realization, a gift from the devine, a mansion in the sky to keep me on high.

And yes that ego omniscient creator in my mind, the world exist solely to entertain you foolish apes sleeping in the mist.

Jesters of hope in trutle shells of deciet, Buddha was wrong, but who am I.

Am I just a simple sentient being one among the throngs.I must be more than all that, A God at last I must be, if not then who am I to say that Buddha was wrong as I swing from the trees.

God wants us to be like Him that's why He gave us free will and the knowledge with which to find Him but alas so many road blocks are placed in our thinking process that sometimes we can't see or accept the obvious.

...and Buddha would be the first to agree with you, Eugene,...the beauty of an all-encompassing, all-accepting philosophy, not a rigid I'm-right-and-you're-wrong theology. I like how you explore this.
