I have created a Mobile Museum with a purpose to collect stories and artifacts from the immigrants in Sweden and beyond. The Mobile Museum which has been set up recently has so far a collection of 500 stories and 1500 pictures of people and places and still the self-financed project is going on. Everyday I will post one story and one picture. Please follow me. Today we start with Muhsin from Iran. He lives in Växjo, Sweden. He is an artist. While on his way to Sweden he was shot by border soldiers. He has his guitar with him. He is holding it as cultural material. In the pic. he is entertaining us at our SFI (swedish for the immigrants school) breaktime in Växjo. Suhail from Afghanistan is among those present at the scene. Han är mycket snäll, kan ochså prata bra svenska, tycker jag.

The whole universe is in motion
Everything is moving
The earth is moving
Like goods and services
People are on the move, too
They are mixing in many ways
Cultures are clashing cultures
Languages swallowing languages
Identity under strain of change
But we cannot deny the reality
We can deal with the changes of time
But we cannot change the tide of Time
Humanity must hold us together
Otherwise
We split into race and religion
That should be our lesson, our song.
