In this small town of Braås, Sweden, I have a friend whose resilience is a source of pleasure and confidence to me.
It is winter, it is cold it is snowing
It is time to forget anything green
All trees have lost their leaves
They have been stripped naked
But my friend had all its leaves alive
Feeling sheltered in its own shelter
Dressed smartly with a relaxed mood
Never yielding to pressures of winter
But holding the head up in good spirit
As it scratches light out from the dark
It is Grön Tree, a tree of all seasons
It belongs to Juniprus species
When two men hit the reset button and decide to go out looking for the good in the world, they not only find it but also a lot more.
