"Life's too short"
a complainer sighed,
and LIFE stood there
a bit mortified
 
wishing we knew
it is NOT polite
to pick on someone
of a different height

Adorable! Your work really does remind me of Shel Silverstein--a high compliment, since I was raised on his work and my son is currently soaking it up like a sponge. ;)
