Perfection. How I need to heed this.
Oftentimes poems can be rushed and like a machine put out in to the light of day. Many a poet of yore would take months on one poem. Such as John Betjerman.
If you tend to believe romantic, passionate, masculine poetry is a thing of past eras, read "She Intrigues Me," and be swept away in the beautiful craft of a contemporary poet of love.
