Death! Getting older and seeing those around you pass. The future of gun control. Electronic smart guns that do not kill. COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020

Death has been on my mind for many days now Family of a family, friend of a friend The good book does not tell you how To peacefully pass in the very end They do not kill by strangers. We have come a long way now From Apollo to Broadband My smart phone that I now hold in my hand Someday might get us to Mars and Beyond They do not kill by strangers. Been a cold winter, for that it has been a deadly year 2020 the year where time stopped, not a human to be seen Masks, living distance to distance both far and near Maybe in 2021 we could once again become clean and clear They do not kill by strangers. They do not tase by they of danger. They could only be used against criminals that sing. By the ones who walk the straight line with the magic rings. Racism in the courtrooms, violence in the street Don’t’ know the enemy where you lie under their feet Protect and serve no more only shouts from the people on the sidewalk Brave soldiers with guilt and sadness who just want to talk They do not kill by strangers. Still some heroes left guarding the country’s leaders Death is their mission, but we will not forget How they stopped the rioters in the house of laws, with no regrets Or how one stopped a madman with a knife at the border of nets They do not kill by strangers. So, when are we going to get a gun that does not kill? Then we could send all the deadly firearms to the recycle mill A gun where only the user could use with his own will We are waiting Congress for that magical life changing bill They do not kill by strangers. Unfortunately, the freedom afforded so-called "patriots" to form militias to guard against the impending danger to the government (already in place, our police forces and the National Guard) as allowed individual citizens, regardless of their worth, to purchase military weapons and their ammunition at will and without registration like they have to do with their other deadly weapon, their automobiles.

Your dream of an electronic gun like those in science fiction, may be on the way, but guns that fire deadly bullets will be around for very long time because almost everyone with more than one gun in the house claims to be collecting museum pieces like 50 caliber machine guns from World War I that they won't hesitate to use on SWAT when it comes to visit.
