for this moment,
Can we whipser in the darkness?
felt a warmth somewhere-
some past before my presence...
and it soothingly escapes.
I want to whipser in the dark-
behind the lights and the spot
that spreads a blindness-
I cannot contain.
Escape! Escape while
the sordidness of self
drips from the candle's vase.
Like plastic riping from plastic,
thinning, boggling, spinning...
body parts taped
to skeletal joints that
squeek and flame.
movement is a bodily function
that my mind refuses
to take
without torment
and for this moment
silent,
i escape.
