Words for tough times

 Hold On

You are going
through a time of much unrest
Hold on
to your pillow
your dreams
your head
There are often
Ups and Downs
I've been on a roller coaster
most of my life
But it's funny
I love roller coaster rides
Hold on to your faith
FAITH
is the bar
that holds you in
on the roller coaster of life.
