Written some time ago.....
Cold, dark nothingness Hard, gray steel laid Empty, lonely, angry Sad, alone, afraid Heart beats so unfeeling Fear, my only way Not knowing of what demon I come to face this day So lost and so alone Heart and feelings bound A frightened shattered child Longing to be found....

Love duffs up all fear.

You have heaps to give.... So you gotta get giving, you never know what may come back...

All too often in life we have times when we feel as this poem describes, there never seems to be a way out, any parole and no time off for good behavior but...
when we do finally find ourselves free again we quickly forget the prison and struggle on with life and love.
