Think he's a bit fed up. The RSPCA is an animal charity in the uk, the initials stand for Royal society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
I think that I should call
the RSPCA
and tell them I've been here

In America we have the SPCA. We must be a copy of the Royal one.
No dog should ever be tied up or confined to a house. When not sleeping to preserve their energy, dogs are very energetic and need room to roam and use their very keen sense of smell to understand their surroundings and locate other dogs. Too many Americans think they can care for a dog but all they do is confine them to a sort of prison of misguided love. My sister is doing that right now to to a pair of beautiful great Danes.
She always starts off meaning well, but in the end she grows tired of her playthings and starts to abuse them.
This works just as well without the photo. It often makes you wonder what goes through a dog or cat's mind, doesn't it? My cat probably thinks, "I wish this crazy lady would stop kissing me so much." LOL :)
