This poem was inspired by the many great teachers who don't often get the real credit they deserve!

 

 
My Teachers My Angels

My teachers are like angels,
sent from up above
they share all their wisdom
and teach us how to love
they taught me things I didn’t know
like how to read a book. 
But more than that they taught me things
I often overlook.
So when I leave this grade behind
I want to let them know,
the lessons that they taught me
will help me as I grow!
