Hurry! Hurry!
We run around,
Reaching places,
At a certain time,
Minutes, Seconds,
Tick away,
Not to be late,
But catch time,
That slips away,
Between our fingers,
As we lose all,
Family, Friends, People,
Only Faces remain in memory,
The way they smiled,
The way they said so and so,
A fondness remains afterwards,
In the mind of each person,
That held a glimpse, A look,
An impact, A mark, A gaze,
Whereas others; pedestrains,
Passers-by, Are lost forever,
Deleted from mind and memory,
Without a trace or a rememberance.
