Quiet days pass by,
And I have waited,
A decade, Too long,
I wish, I wander,
In a fantasy dream,
To wander on the streets,
That were trodden by you,
As you had once been there,
Stopped for coffee,
At the same cafe that I sit,
Maybe the same orange seat,
The same aroma coffee we drink,
And the same view we seek,
A want to catch a glimpse,
Of your reality,
That is a myth,
Rotting in my mind,
With youth long gone,
I wait.
