If all in life were Black and White who's to know what's wrong or right? A heart alone can't rule the mind can't carry through the sands of time. Alone forever is where to stand no peace at all, no helping hand. A heart gets broken to never mend no strength, no courage to even pretend. Onward we travel to futures unsure burning thoughts of a love once pure. When darkness seeps and comes out at night, there's no seeing the Black and White. Copyright � 2002. Victoria M. I like this poetry! I read it aloud (don't do that often) and it flowed all the way through. Some very deep thought going on here and your choice of words really drew me in.
