Not much here. Revised poems that I wrote in my youth. For kids.
I walked through the long parade, There were men, women, cats and dogs, of every race and age; I felt the heat and thunder of a mean stampede. I thought I saw someone I knew, I looked around for you. 40-year-old one haha. Just want to run it by. The world was in my hand and I could paint with many colors, Careful strokes of pink and white, Horizons golden rose And I painted dreams.

These are good and I enjoyed them. Oldies but goodies.

The first poem is very dramatic. It could be anything. I remember distinctly watching the Miss America's Dairyland pageant with the girls coming down the street in a convertible. They were followed by a white wall that overcame them and us as we jumped in our car to avoid being pelted by hail that gathered to about 3 inches at our feet. Everyone certainly stampeded for cover. Don't know what happened to those girls.

The second poem is pure youthful genius. Kudos!
