How to start a day in about a half hour.
A brisk morning walk Can do wonders for a person. Take a shower when you awaken, Get dressed and go for a walk You will see other people Doing the same thing A quick hello, will suffice If they are strangers to you. Come back home and have breakfast. Read the local papers if you must And just relax and have good thoughts. Boy will you feel good for the rest of the day.

Oh how I wish� Thanks for reminding those who have their minds all tied up with what they're going to do and forget the basics like exercise that there is really something wonderful about taking a morning walk. It certainly is one way to get to know your neighborhood and the people in it.
