It is like Asr and Zuhr except the first part of the prayer is said out loud.

I noticed that your prayers to Allah are quite repetitive. From ancient times onward, repetition has been a way of indoctrinating people to various cults and causes. There is something in the human brain that easily accepts these repetitions and it hardens the thought processes with the memory cells of the brain filled with these phrases, blocking simple critical thinking in favor of the noncritical goal of the phrases uttered over and over like, "God is good." No one ever seems to question God about this oft repeated, "fact." is God really good or not?
