Writers of poems seem to know the answer to questions on the outside of a greeting card
The writer of poems seems to know from a card
The contents within, it doesn't come hard
For the question on the front, gives the answer you see
A writer seems to know what the next line will be
Just take a moment, when you go the store
Pick up a card and read the front, and no more
Than tell yourself what you think is inside
Not many responses, from a writer will hide
Each person is but a grain of sand resting beside the sea. This thought sets the tone for Jill Eisnaugle’s latest poetry collection, Beside Still Waters.
Welcome!
The poems in this beautifully bound book are a result of over twenty years of observations. Observations of the world around us and on the telecommunications network. All of the hate, love, heroism, disasters, and those who help.
