You make the reader sift hard for the meaning, whether it is intentional or just lack for descriptive sapphic words. The giveaway that this is a sapphic poem is first this line, "Artificial progression into a woman’s world" and this line "Attractive opposites, polarity reversed." In any case, I love this poem, because it has a dynamic sapphic thrust to it, why I suppose you repeated a few lines. Nice meeting Karina At Eighteen, Kevin.

Have not the slightest idea what "form" this poem is, if, indeed it IS a classic form. Matters not to me anyway, it is the poem that matters and this poem matters. The repeating of certain lines within the structure of it is fasinating and eerily spellbinding. Oh, I almost forgot. I liked it.
She was obviously breathtaking and made an everlasting impression which has been immortalized in your verses. Thank you for sharing this gift, Kevin. Love and peace.
Using Calgary as a backdrop the author satirizes the self-serving nature of the public as it continues to fatten itself, not only physically, but egotistically as well.
