The poet recalls a dream which was more like a fantasy journey.
Out of the shadows and into the dream, His midnight stroll had taken him All the way to the reverie and back. The song from the east had beckoned And as the world fell away, He had sought after that lonely woman Who hovered in the midst of his yesterdays. After some time he heard the nightingale Together with the moonlight piano Playing softly as he felt himself returning From his blissful flight of fancy And romantic dream.
This book represents a thirty-day period of my poetry journal. Each poem addresses
the dominant thoughts occupying my mind during the early morning hours of a given
day.
This is a book of free verse poetry that addresses the seven main tests in life and offers some sensible solutions to passing those tests with minimal discomfort.
