The poet is regarding the beauty of the rainbow(s) in the sky.
Magical colors of the spectrum reflecting the radiant sun, all of our secret wishes were within those endless up-stretched arcs one by one. Natural wonder of beauty blend of orange, white, green, red and blue, a rare and unique sight, there was not one rainbow but two.
